All that I have

This is all I have, though this gift is small, it doesn't mean that it's not good. Whoever says that being a lawyer or a doctor is the only way of living well? At the end of the day, will it make you happy working in something you don't like? Most parents would tell their kids that when they grow up, they should become a doctor or a lawyer or a professor, how many would encourage their children to be an artist, a musician, a game designer or even a photographer? Does money or working in white collar companies equate to happiness?

Living in a world that is so stereotyped in what is good or not, we often committed the same mistake of following our peers or people in doing things that we THINK is good and forgo things that we love to do. The way that an object is designed determines it's destiny. The stripes, design of it's claws and teeth on the tiger means that it's destined to be a predator. The wings on an eagle shows that it's destined to fly high and mightily in the sky, and it would be funny to see it instead of flying, it's pecking corns all day with the chickens.


Similarly, the way that we're "designed", the talents that we have and what we really like to do, determines our destiny. What are you created for? Don't know? Then ask the one above. Everyone has something that they're good at, and there's no exception. All it takes is a leap of faith.

I've decided

to not go overly crazy this time and just simply paint the owl instead of some chicken little look alike. So here you go, an owl.

School has been fine for the first week. We were asked to paint some kid's drawing into something better and so i tried.

School Starts

Time flies when you're having fun and you just wished that time can stand still. Sadly, like a river always flowing forth, so is time.

16 April: First of all, thank you to those who remembered this day for me. Celebrating your day with your loved ones and friends never fails to give a fuzzy warm feeling. Thank you for everything even though I did not say it out loud, please do understand that I truly appreciate whatever you all have done for me. What a Day! I've ate 3 different kinds of cake in less than a week, and I'm so glad to say that I've broken a new Record! :D Haha.. Anyways, thank you to the following people who have wished me:

April has been a great month! Went to ECP for cycling while felling off the bike several times because I laughed too much or went into screen saver mode, I've get to chop of my tresses, meet new friends, get to know more of my old friends and have a great time laughing at lame people!

The old is gone, the new has come, welcome to year 3.

Guess who

So my friend asked me to draw this for him on the spot >__> . After drawing this for about an hour or so, I've realized that I gotta brush up my human drawing. Year 1 Campaign was G R E A T today.

I'm so inspired after looking at ANTZ's blog. Just looking at it makes me want to explode out of inspiration. It's so much that I had to take out my pen and start sketching right after looking at his work and a few of the links I went in the blog even when i could feel my 0.8 MICRON pen running low on ink. I'm planning to color them real soon.

There's so many things that I want to do in life, but it's too bad that I couldn't do everything all at once because time and money isn't on my side especially when school term starts. However, here are somethings that would like to do that aren't work related:

driving,
diving,
cycling from home to other parts of singapore,
holidaying overseas with my family.....etc

Boil oh boil oh boil

Stayed up pretty late yesterday to finish Boil, however when I looked at it again today, it just don't look right to me. Hence, I've decided to edit some more until I'm happy :D.

April Fools

1st of April is the day where human beings start to prank one another and I'm so GLAD that I managed to prank a few of them. :D
That said, I've finally settle myself down to actually work on something from my mini sketch book.
